24 is a collaborative action with artist Jaishri Abichandani as part of Immigrant Movement International.
The action evolved out of a conversation about the number of would-be migrants that die crossing national borders everyday. 24 paper boats (for 24 time zones) were filled with flower petals and tied to white ballons that were released into the wind across the water from Manhattan. |
